Airport and Cruise ship Transfers

South Florida Shuttles provides airport and cruise port transfers to and from Ft. Lauderdale Airport, Miami Airport, West Palm Beach Airport, Port-Everglades cruise port and the Port of Miami.
Pick-ups are available from all Broward and Dade county hotels or resorts, condos, private homes, and other locations.
South Florida Shuttles no job is too big or small. We can arrange for pick-ups for birthdays, weddings, prom, corporate day trips, concerts and sporting events. We can accommodate our customers with sedans, vans, mini-buses and limos.

DIRECTIONS FOR PICKUPS
All directions will be located in your email confirmation. It is your responsibility to make sure you receive a copy of your confirmation.
AIRPORTS * Fort Lauderdale Airport*Miami Airport *West Palm Beach Airports
Please note: When you book a reservation with us in advance, this does not mean a van will be waiting for you at the curb when you arrive. Due to security considerations, airports do not allow us to have vans lined up at the curb waiting for individual travelers. However, we do have vans waiting close by, in a 'holding lot' very close to the airport.
Curbside Pickups. You will contact our dispatcher (954) 934-7874 upon arrival before you locate your luggage. Then once you claim your luggage on the lower level you will contact him to see the status of your driver. Then you will go through the sliding glass doors to meet your driver outside of your airline's baggage claim. Outside there will be a sign above your head with airlines at that terminal. Locate your airline and the driver will meet you by that sign.
Note: The driver cannot pull over where the airport buses pickup.
If you booked a Meet & Greet Service: The driver will meet you inside baggage claim. If you cannot locate your driver, please notify the office or the dispatcher immediately to avoid the "no show" charge.
It is your responsibility to make sure you are in a shuttle from our company.

In addition to your scheduled pickup time, you must follow these directions:
Please do NOT call us UNTIL you are getting ready to disembark from ship. If you need to be picked up before 8:15am you must request an early pickup while making the reservation in advance (cannot book the day of).
For the morning of departure from the ship you must call the DISPATCHER (954) 934-7874 while you are still on the ship. You must call a minimum of 40 minutes prior to debarkation.
If the dispatcher line is busy, leave a message with name and number and we will return your call. It is you’re responsibly to make sure you are off the boat with plenty of time to catch your flight.
For Groups: you must request to get off the boat at the same time so you will not have to wait on one another.
It is your responsibility to make sure you are in a shuttle from our company.

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED
In order to make a reservation we will need:
1. Details of your itinerary
2. Contact Phone Number that you have at All Times
3. Credit card to hold the reservation.
We do not charge anything to your credit card. You will pay at the time of service. If at the time of service you do not have the credit card you wish to charge you must had filled out a credit card authorization form. There will be a $5.00 charge per transaction to use a credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Payment at the time of service: You can pay by cash or any type of credit card. All pickups must be prepaid on the date of your first pickup. Prepayment helps us reduce no-shows, reduce fraudulent reservations and keep costs down.
Once you arrive at your destination, you will be given a receipt for proof of payment for your return.

CANCELATION POLICY
We have a 72 hour cancelation policy, which means you will have 72 hours prior to your first pick up to cancel or make changes at no charge. Canceling within 72 hours will result in your card being charged the full amount. If you booked your reservation within 72 hours of pickup then you have a guaranteed reservation and cannot cancel or your card will be charged the full amount. Once you have given us your credit card you are confirmed.
For Groups: the number of passengers can be increased (along with a price increase), but the number of passengers may not be decreased. If at the time of service you have less than the number of passengers the reservation is for, you will still be charged for the number of passengers that we have on the confirmation.
FAQ:
Travel Time: Fort Lauderdale is approximately 45 Minutes to 1 Hour From Downtown Miami, Port of Miami, Miami Beach, South Beach and The Miami Airport.
Extra Stops: We charge $15.00 for any extra stops. They are based upon availability. You will have 15 minutes at that stop.
Only the confirmed passenger may make changes to a reservation regardless of the amount of people traveling.
Child Seats: These are a request and are not guaranteed. We do not charge for child seats and as such have no affect on the cost of transfers. Use of the child seat is at your own risk and you release us from any and all liability for any injury whether directly or indirectly caused by us or any other agent assigned by us.
Luggage: South Florida Shuttles assumes no responsibility for theft, damage to or loss of protruding baggage parts such as wheels, straps, pockets, pull handles, hanger hooks or other items attached to the baggage.
